Outlaw Grips is a highly personalized company that operates with the philosophies of the “Old West”; honesty, integrity, commitment to excellence, and ownership of the product quality. Quality speaks for itself and that is what has made Outlaw Grips recognized as one of the finest grip makers in the country. Whether you have grips made, action work done or both, you will not be disappointed. You have my word and my promise.

Action Work:  Outlaw Grips does not  bend or grind your factory springs when performing action work. Bending and grinding springs ruins the molecular structure and will cause premature failure, not to mention  inconsistent “spring rate”. New, quality manufactured springs are installed as well as careful  machining, honing and polishing of the internal parts. Your guns will last longer and shoot better, without a doubt.

There are lots of grip makers out there making grips that fit “pretty good”.  From grips to action work, my customers know that Outlaw Grips is not about “pretty good”. You will not find finer grips made anywhere and the action work is second to none.

“Quality” should not be just lip service, it should be what you get from a product you spend good money on. Outlaw Grips wants you to have the nicest looking, finest fitting, best handling grips and action work you can buy, period.

Please allow six to eight weeks for grips to be completed. Perfection takes time.  Ivory, custom inlay like the “Hand of God” and other one-of-a-kind designs can take longer.

For a description of grip profiles and pricing, click here. Prices listed on the “Grip” pages are for the “Competition” grip on 1873 Colt, Ruger and all other 1873 Reproductions.

Outlaw Grips also makes one-of-kind silver and gold designs for grip inlays. These designs and castings are made completely “in house”.  See the Silversmith page for more information.

Whether you are a collector or competitive shooter, from quality action work to exquisite custom grips, your guns will shoot, look and feel better than they ever have before.
